Parcels will be delivered to the invoice address unless you notify us by email to auctions@hopevalleysaddlery.co.uk
(Please note changing your address on PayPal will not suffice)
Postage and packing charge is £5-99.
Delivery is usually made by Courier and must be signed for. If your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, redelivery charges may apply. Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch and delivery. In the unlikely event your Lot could be delayed any longer than this for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail or phone.
Once your payment is completed dispatch is within 3-5 working days via a tracked Courier Service or (for some smaller or lower value items) Royal Mail.
All orders will require a signature on delivery – it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that somebody is able to sign for the delivery within the expected timeframe at the delivery address specified. If the customer is out when the goods have an attempted delivery, the courier has the agreement that they can leave with a neighbour. This may not be an immediate neighbour but a few doors away.
Items can be collected in person at Greenacres, Nether Booth, Edale S33 7ZH by prior arrangement with Hope Valley.
Sorry it is not possible to add additional items from our main website to the auction items or vice versa.
